It’s About You is an award-winning, comprehensive wellness program with robust resources to support your physical, mental and emotional health. We hope you utilize the resources on the wellness portal that you find the most impactful to support your wellness journey, while having some fun along the way!

If you are not yet enrolled in the free program, click the orange "Join Now" button to get connected today! Follow the steps to create your login. Note: Use your health system employee ID (EID) as your “Unique ID” (find this in Workday by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner; your EID is in parentheses after your name).  When registering, you will need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) using the Duo Mobile app to access the wellness portal. Use the provided step-by-step instructions or this tip sheet to set up MFA. If you have questions or need support, contact Navigate Customer Service at 1-888-282-0822 or [email protected]. 

Spouses: If you are enrolled in a medical plan at the health system and your spouse is a dependent also covered by the plan, they can sign up using your employee ID number with the addition of an upper-case “S” at the end (for example, 13579S). Spouses may participate in all activities and track their progress with their own account.
